Sealing jaws with non-stick surface
To increase your productivity and reduce costs, we have a new delivery programme of sealing jaws with special non-stick properties.
For these sealing jaws, we at Breedewegh use a special type of steel with high-tech surface treatment. This produces a particularly smooth structure which, combined with high hardness of the sealing surface, ensures very low adhesion.
This prevents film residue from sticking to the jaws and/or burning in. This prevents bad seal seams. These sealing jaws also do not require frequent cleaning and have a very long service life.
These sealing jaws are suitable for use on the transverse seal seam and for the vertical seal seam in any type of packaging machine.
